INTRODUCTION:

BP/HGP steel shot blasting machine is mainly used to clean the surface of steel sheet and small pipe. After clean by steel shots, the rust, dust, oxide dated skin can be removed, the materials anti-wear strength is improved, the surface and inside quality is promoted. This equipment is widely used for chemical, ship yard, metal structures ,steel products, rail vehicles, engineering machinery and bridge industry.

1.Technical parameters

    1）suitable specifications of work piece

           1.steel:  width ≤1600mm

                    thickness 6-30mm

                    length ≥3000mm

           2.section steel: max section size (width ×height) ≤800×1600mm

              steel tube, angle steel, groove, I shaped steel and H Beam:  length≥3000mm

             steel structure: max section size(width ×height) ≤800 ×1600mm length ≥3000mm (work piece     that could be running on the conveyor)

     2）Steel piece and the rotor blasting quality grade:

           the rotor blast side reaches ISO850-11988 A-B Sa2-Sa2.5 grade

     3）work piece processing speed: double way running and step less speed converting V=0.6-3.0m/min

     4) rotor blast material: high strength steel rotor, with hardness of ≥45HRC

         Rotor size: Φ1.5mm,the rotor could also be put in steel silk rotor, rhombic rotor, but the participation quantity shall not exceed 20 of the whole quantity.
